My experience covers product development, go-to-market strategy, enterprise and channel sales, and organizational scaling—often in environments characterized by regulatory complexity, multi-stakeholder decision-making, and rapid technological change. In recent years, this has included building and scaling SaaS businesses, integrating AI and data-driven capabilities into products, and translating advanced technologies into clear customer value propositions.

Alongside my career, I hold BcS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (ODTÜ) and both an MBA and a PhD in Organizational Management. This academic foundation shapes my work with leadership teams, enabling me to connect strategy, structure, culture, and execution in a practical, disciplined, and human-centered way.
